Arrange My Tours was founded by Sundesh Nayak, a seasoned professional with 21 years of experience in the tourism industry, particularly in Trade Fair Travel. Over the years, Sundesh has built a strong reputation for orchestrating flawless tours that cater to the unique needs of trade fair exhibitors, business travelers, and leisure explorers alike. His deep industry knowledge, commitment to excellence, and vast network of global connections ensure that every journey planned under his guidance is smooth, efficient, and unforgettable.

Arrange My Tours is more than 19 year old name in travel trade – initially formed to meet the market need in leisure with brand name of Arrange My Tours Pvt. Ltd. at Jaipur, India. Over the period of time, we started to look for the new avenues in tourism & decided to start a new wing under the brand of Arrange My Tours Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 with corporate office at Jaipur and first Sales & Promotion office at Mumbai setting new and promising trends in travel. Getting overwhelming response from Mumbai and Western & Southern India, we started our Sales and Promotion office at Delhi, Vadodara, Kolkata and Hyderabad along with representations in Pune, Indore and Ahmedabad.
We firmly believe in delivering quality travel solutions to the business and leisure travelers and admit 95% client retention which is the highest in travel trade in India. This shows our efforts becoming true to life. Our Trade Fair division led the biggest delegations to some of the renowned trade shows like Schweissen and Schneiden, ITMA Asia, Medica, Achema, CPhI Worldwide, K, Chinaplas and set the milestones in the industry.
We at Arrange My Tours are a team of highly experienced, energetic professionals with together experience of decades of practical knowledge to provide the best travel solutions for business or leisure. Our expansion plans includes building a capable and effective pan India network of travel professionals to grow with us and setting new trends in travel industry. In near future, we aspire to go international/overseas and bring the same synergy in overseas travel markets.

Arrange My Tours Pvt. Ltd. is affiliated to Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, Mumbai. It is the largest bi-national German Foreign Chamber of Commerce as well as the largest Chamber of Commerce in India. Our membership of IGCC demonstrates our commitment to German Trade Fairs and Industry. We are also recognized by Messe Dusseldorf and Messe Essen for our committed business with them. We bring Indian business visitor face to face with world industry at these Messe and open a world of opportunity for both the sides. In India, we work very closely with CII – the apex body of Indian Industry – and have been their partners in business travel around the world. Some of our affiliations & associations.
